The Kansas State Fair provides a grand opportunity for community outreach for Suspenders4Hope®. Suspenders4Hope®, is a program developed at Wichita State University, that aims to increase connections and end the stigma surrounding mental health.

In September 2025, the objective was to update promotional and informational materials with the following materials created:

• Hope Kit rack card
• Care Kit rack card
• Community trainings flyer 
• Hope Kit ad 

The organization’s Kansas State Fair table and materials connected with 4,500 attendees while building community connections and brand awareness.
